We started our New Year out right, and by "we," I mean the illustrious Hweh Club!
The Hweh Club is the brainchild of cousin Carolyn, who is soon to be our Blogger D'jour, in a special, yet-to-come Seoul Food foray on this blog.
Anyhoodle, the aim of the Hweh Club (Hweh means raw fish) is -- you guessed it -- to eat raw fish, and lots of it. Oh, and we don't stop there: crustaceans of all varieties, step right up to the plate! We grill it, we soup it, we gobble it raw. We DO fish.
